What your traders see.
More real screens from the iPhone app. Your firm is listed as a broker inside the app, so clients search your name and sign in.
eTrader Code
Traders write their own indicators and trading robots, test them on your price history and run them on the accounts they hold with your firm.
eTrader AI
Traders build an AI Trader from blocks on a canvas and link it to their account. It works with their own Claude, Grok or Gemini key.
What your team sees.
The screens your dealers and managers work in every day.
These are a few handpicked screens. Book a demo to see every app in full, from the trader apps to eTrader Broker, the Dealing Desk and eTrader Business.
What firms ask before they switch.
Is eTrader a web app or native apps?
Both. Your clients get native apps for iPhone, Android and Mac, and a full trading terminal in any browser. One account works on all of them, so a position opened on the phone shows on the Mac.
Is it built for professional traders too?
Yes. Traders get six chart types, seven timeframes, the indicators they know, drawing and Fibonacci tools, trailing stops, partial closes and price alerts that reach the phone. Traders who code write their own indicators and robots in eTrader Code, test them on your price history and run them in the cloud. eTrader AI lets them build AI Traders from blocks.
Do we have to host or maintain servers?
No. eTrader is hosted in the cloud by SGHK and managed by your firm, built to scale across clustered servers as you grow. There is nothing for your team to install or host, and prices update every 70ms.
Who can see our client data?
Only your firm. Everything is encrypted, and your firm is the only one with access to its data and its clients' data. Data is hosted in the EU with hourly backups you can export at any time.
Is eTrader for new firms or established ones?
Both. New firms start on our Broker CRM or Prop Firm CRM with eTrader connected from day one. Established brokers and prop firms keep the CRM they already run, connect eTrader to it and route client flow to their own liquidity providers from the eTrader Dealing Desk.
Which order types and trading tools do traders get?
Market orders, limit and stop orders, and a stop loss and take profit on every order. Traders click a price on the chart to place a pending order and drag stops, targets and pending lines to a new price. They also get one-click trading, breakeven in one tap, trailing stops, partial closes at 25%, 50%, 75% or any size, and close all on the phone for buys, sells, winners or losers. A market closed notice and early margin warnings appear before an order goes in.
What charts and indicators are included?
Six chart types including candles, Heikin-Ashi, bars, line and area, and seven timeframes from M1 up to D1. Built-in indicators include RSI, MACD and Ichimoku, and traders can add their own indicators written in eTrader Code. Drawing tools cover trend lines, channels, shapes and text, with Fibonacci retracement, extension, fan and time, a measure tool, custom chart colours and a Market Watch that searches any symbol.
Do traders get price alerts and notifications?
Yes. Price alerts trigger above or below any price, and alert lines drag on the chart to a new level. Push notifications reach iPhone, Android, Mac and the web, with an alarm sound for price alerts and trade notifications for fills, stops, targets, opens and closes.
What can traders see about their account?
Balance, equity, margin and P/L at a glance, trade history for today, this week, this month or chosen dates, and statements exported to CSV. Traders switch between several accounts without signing out, open free demo accounts with the balance and leverage they pick, and the apps follow the device’s light or dark mode.
Can clients copy each other’s trades?
Yes, with eTrader Copytrading, which is part of eTrader Broker. A client publishes a strategy, publicly or privately by link, and other clients of your firm copy it with their own multiplier. Copying stays inside your firm and never reaches another broker’s clients.
Do we get our own branded trading app?
eTrader works the way MetaTrader 5 and cTrader do: traders install one trading app and pick their broker’s server inside it, and most brokers on those platforms don’t publish an app of their own either. Your firm gets its own servers in eTrader, YourFirm-Demo and YourFirm-Live, shown with your name and logo, with your own instruments, spreads, commissions and leverage and client accounts no other firm can see. Your CRM opens the accounts through the eTrader CRM API, just as it would on any other platform. Your client portal, challenge storefront, website, emails and certificates carry your brand on your own domain, and you never deal with app store accounts, reviews or updates.
Do our traders have to learn a new programming language?
Only the ones who want to code. Robots and indicators on eTrader are written in Tide, eTrader’s own language. For a strategy built on MetaTrader or cTrader, eTrader Code’s converter does the first pass: your trader’s AI model rewrites it in Tide, the compiler checks it, and a report lists anything that changed, so it is reviewed and backtested rather than rewritten from scratch. Tide keeps the rest short: the editor flags mistakes as the trader types, prices and lot sizes are separate types so a wrong value is caught before it can trade, and every robot is tested on your firm’s real price history before it runs in the cloud. Traders who don’t code build AI Traders from blocks in eTrader AI, and everyone else trades by hand from the chart.
Do other firms on eTrader see our clients or their logins?
No. Every firm runs its own servers inside eTrader, listed under its own name and broker profile. Your clients’ trading accounts, passwords, balances and trades live on your servers, are opened by your CRM and are visible to no other firm. Traders sign in to the terminal with the trading account your firm issued. eTrader ID is an optional personal login used only for eTrader Code and eTrader AI: it holds no money, is never used to place orders, and deleting it never touches a trading account.
Does eTrader have a large library of indicators and robots?
eTrader is a newer platform, so its third-party library is smaller than the oldest platforms’ libraries. From day one your traders get built-in indicators such as RSI, MACD and Ichimoku, a full set of drawing and Fibonacci tools, eTrader Code to write their own indicators and robots, and eTrader AI to build AI Traders without writing code. Robots run in the cloud, so nobody rents a VPS to keep a strategy running.
Do we need to buy our own market data feed?
No. eTrader comes with the eTrader price feed: about 580 instruments across forex, metals, indices, energy, crypto, US stocks and ETFs, with years of candle history. Prop firms run their evaluation accounts on demo servers, so they need no liquidity provider at all. Brokers that want A-book or hybrid execution connect their own liquidity provider over FIX and route client flow from the eTrader Dealing Desk.
Are we locked in to eTrader?
No. Your data can be exported at any time as CSV or through the API, and SGHK’s Broker CRM and Prop Firm CRM also connect to other trading platforms, so a firm can add or change platforms without changing its CRM.
Can we connect our own liquidity provider?
Yes. From eTrader Broker your firm connects its own liquidity provider over FIX, or uses a price feed provided through SGHK. Markup, commission, swaps and leverage are set per server, and the eTrader Dealing Desk routes client flow A-book to your liquidity or keeps it B-book in house.
Can a money manager trade for many clients?
Yes, with eTrader MAM / PAMM. With MAM the manager places one trade and it is split across investor accounts by equity, balance, a multiplier or a percent, all filled at one price. With PAMM investors hold units of one pool and invest or redeem on the dealing day at the same price per unit. Your firm sets performance fees above a high water mark, management fees and who receives them.
